| STANDARDIZATION |

In this century, there is no proper technical behaviour if is not standardized. Not even in applied art. The laws of technology rules so.
So, if there is either person or institution that need visual presentation containing various elements, nested in technicly different medium, standardization of the same is essential. Avoidance of establishing standard that define visual presentation elements and their use,
soon creates a mess that results in difficulties in use and furhter development of person or institution presentation.
In case of institution, there are at least three categories of visual presentation use:
1. The institution information carriers (printed or electronic);
2. Physical properties;
3. Products
These three categories differ in both technical and aesthetic way. So if we want to use visual presentation elements (symbols, logos, slogans, etc.) to clearly display institution targeted features in all three categories, it is no more improvisation, but serious work ruled by standard.
Considering fast progress of information technology together with it's always growing complexity, standardization of this kind already is key marketing support feature.
As we found no finalized, or at least done to some level, established solutions for creating such standards, we took liberty to create our own rules and procedures based on existing technologies and our large expirience. As we finalized them we set them as our own standard how to create standards of visual presentation.
We are recognizing two phases in visual presentation standard production. The very first phase is defining elements of visual presentation that are to be used in all three categories of visual presentation mentioned above, predefining various sub elements according to technology that is to be used to implement them. The second phase is defining use of these predefined elements, their positions and technical precursors, in purpose of their implementation.
The goals are implementation, as easy as possible, of recognisable, unified visual presentaion elements, easy to reimplement, and yet very attractive.
Product we name as "Standard of presentation" is set of documents, customised within customer needs, always containing three parts:
– part one that define visual presentation elements and their attributes,
– part two that define visual presentation elements implementation rules and technics
– part three that contain all necessary files that contain both elements definitions and implementation.
Simply, this product, except it enables unique outlook and reimplementation of Symbol, Logo, Slogan and other customer's visual presentation elements, also includes, ready made, all necessary files for implementation of those elements on printed or web documents, video documents, as well as on objects that are either customer's property or product.
